Titanium Nitride

Titanium Nitride is often confused with gold plating, while these two do look very similar there are a few major differences. TiN, or titanium nitride, is a thin ceramic coating applied through a PVD process that is prized for its extreme hardness, wear resistance, and corrosion protection. Gold plating, on the other hand, is primarily a cosmetic finish made from actual gold and is much softer and more prone to scratching or wearing away over time. In simple terms, gold plating is about appearance, while TiN delivers that same rich gold look with dramatically better durability and performance.

Turnaround times for TiN coating can vary but is usually about 30 days for standard coating and 60 days for high gloss coating.

High gloss is DOUBLE the standard price so if that's what you want simply add quantity 2 to the cart for each item that you'd like done high gloss.

TiN can only be applied to steel parts.
