A brief description is all we need to get started, we contact EVERY customer before we do the work to discuss the details of the job, we will go over everything then

With EVERY gun you will need to add the "bench fee for disassembly and reassembly" to the cart before checkout unless you are sending fully disassembled parts. We prefer to have the entire firearm so that we can ensure proper fit and function before it is returned to you, if you choose to send parts only they may require a slight amount of fitting after they are returned.

Definitions:

Solid color- Any single color that we offer

2 tone- no more than one solid color on each part and no more than 2 colors total.

simple pattern- Any camo or abstract pattern that requires one color on each layer and no more than 4 colors total. (ie woodland, asat, splinter, battleworn)

complex pattern or theme- Any camo pattern that requires multiple shades on each layer or more than 4 colors total (ie multicam) would be considered a complex pattern. Any "theme" like viking, america, WW2 airplane, etc... is considered theme pricing.

Shipping:

After checkout print your receipt and package everything safely. Make sure your receipt is in the box along with your clearly printed name, address, phone number, and email address. We need these to be able to check your firearm in when it arrives and to communicate with you about your project. If you omit any of this information we will have no choice but to send it back to you.

It is perfectly legal to send and receive guns in the mail (with certain restrictions) as long as you legally own the firearm. We have found USPS to be the least hassle but FedEx isn't terrible either. Long guns are easy to ship USPS but USPS has restrictions on individuals shipping handguns so don't use USPS if you are sending a handgun. DO NOT EVER SHIP YOUR FIREARM LOADED OR WITH ANY AMMUNITION AT ALL. Double and triple check that there is no ammo with it even if you believe that there is not. Make sure there is nothing on the outside of the packaging that would indicate what is in the box.

There is no need to contact us at this point, we will contact you after your firearm is recieved (usually within 24 hours) and go over the details of the job. If it has been more than 24 hours and the tracking says it has been delivered please reach out using the chat widget in the bottom corner and we are happy to confirm if it has or has not been received.
