The Orem store will be closed for upgrades starting Friday, April 3. We anticipate being able to reopen Orem April 17.
The store in Orem has been largely unchanged for the last decade - and that is not who we are. We’re Tactical Penguin. We strive to be on the cutting edge and, frankly, that location isn’t up to our standard. Over the next 6 months or so we’ll be investing heavily into bringing Orem up to the TP standard.
Phase one will be a complete overhaul of the sales floor. We’re pulling out the grungy carpet to reveal a clean, freshly polished cement floor. The floor layout will be completely revamped and you can expect to see some fresh paint on the walls. The second and third phases will see improvements to the range, a new classroom, and integration with Accushoot’s DFX laser training system.
We’ve heard your feedback and complaints. We listen. We appreciate your patience while we work to build a better Tactical Penguin so we can continue to build better shooters.
